I’d highly recommend Indian casket services. The organization was top notch in a difficult time for my family. The team was communicative, responsive, understanding and patient with us, especially with the multitude of questions we had.
Highly recommended as a one stop-shop for all dealings with the authorities through to organising schedules for cremation at Mandai- relieving the bereaved of the administrative burden of arrangements. The team was most attentive and compassionate in fulfilling the family’s wishes as far as reasonably possible. Nothing was too much trouble. Karthik and his team organised my dad’s funeral 7 years ago. He did a fabulous job then and we have referred him to many of our contacts ever since. A week ago, we engaged his services once again to organise my sister’s funeral. The entire process was seamless and so easy on the family. Once his team collected my sister from the mortuary, they did everything for us, including linking us up with someone to do the obituary in the newspaper, organising the meals for the family and guests and everything in between. Our family was consulted and updated every step of the way through a WhatsApp group, phone calls and in-person meetings, right from the collection of the body till the dispersal of ashes in the sea. They were so accommodating to all our requests and truly warm and empathetic in the way that they engaged with the family.
